First Indian denim fabric company becomes bluesign partner

Anubha Industries has become the first denim fabric manufacturer in India to earn the status of bluesign partner, indicating its commitment to implementing a robust chemical management system and to strengthening its sustainability performance.

Being a bluesign partner will give the Gujarat-based company access to the Swiss organisation’s database of approved chemicals, helping it ensure sustainability and high quality.

Anubha managing director, Aditya Goyal, said the company has the goal of becoming “the most sustainable denim company in India”.
