Gallery SHOES project director takes on more responsibility

Tradeshow organiser the Igedo Company has named Ulrike Kähler as its second managing director. She assumed the role on January 1.

Ms Kähler is the project director of Gallery SHOES, one of the exhibitions organised by the Igedo Company. It had its inaugural edition in August 2017 in Düsseldorf, Germany, filling the space left by established footwear exhibition GDS.

She will retain responsibility for the direction of Gallery SHOES, as well as for its sister show Gallery, which is dedicated to fashion. The first edition of this event takes place from January 27-29. 

The next edition of Gallery SHOES will take place from March 11-13, 2018, continuing the biannual schedule of its predecessor GDS.
