Zipper and fastener supplier Riri Group has made two acquisitions. It has acquired MR Plating, a Swiss company specialising in galvanic treatment, already a Riri subsidiary, and SPM Pressofusione, an Italian company that specialises in Zamak die-casting.
SPM will become a centre of excellence for the group with regard to mould production and all its
die-casting work.
