Sports shoe manufacturers make it onto the Asia300

Two Taiwanese athletic footwear manufacturing groups have won inclusion in the Asia300 list of fast growing companies, compiled by business media group Nikkei.

In the most recent list, published in April, Nike listed Feng Tay and Pou Chen among 40 Taiwanese companies to earn a place in the Asia300. Both groups are suppliers of finished sports shoes to big-name brands across the world.

Nikkei said it had based its selection of all 300 companies on market capitalisation and growth potential.
