Archroma takes 100% ownership of M. Dohmen’s Korean subsidiary

Textile chemicals developer Archroma has expanded its stake in specialist textile dye producer M. Dohmen. Archroma acquired a 49% stake in the Swiss-based group in 2014 and increased its share to 75% in September 2017.

It has now acquired 100% of of the shares of M. Dohmen’s South Korean subsidiary and that company has changed its name to Archroma Korea; its 75 employees now work under the Archroma brand.

“The further integration of M. Dohmen into Archroma will enable us to strengthen our offerings to textile markets worldwide” said Archroma’s president for performance textiles, Marcos Furrer.
