Hong Kong presentation will push cotton as a performance fabric

The executive director of Cotton Council International, Bruce Atherley, will deliver detailed insight into what’s new in the global cotton supply chain at the International Cotton Association’s 2018 trade event, which takes place in Hong Kong on October 17 and 18.

In his talk, Mr Atherley will showcase innovations in cotton that are designed to inspire brands and retailers to focus on cotton as a performance fabric and use it in performance apparel in preference to synthetic fibres.

Live models will take part, showing off as many as 10 new outfits that are rich in US cotton and in innovative technology.
