New Lululemon CEO to take over in August

He joins from France-based cosmetics company Sephora, where he has been president and CEO of the Americas for the past five years.
“Calvin McDonald has an impressive track record leading organisations through periods of significant growth and innovation,” said Glenn Murphy, chair of the Lululemon board of directors. “He is the ideal match for the Lululemon brand and culture given his strong consumer mindset, performance-driven approach, and success developing people.”
A number of Lululemon executives, including Mr Murphy, have been in charge of the day-to-day operations of the company since previous CEO, Laurent Potdevin, resigned in February after the company said he “fell short” of its standards of conduct.
