Change at the top for Cotton Australia

The board of industry body Cotton Australia has several new members. At its annual general meeting on August 7, Cotton Australia announced Queensland-based cotton grower Hamish McIntyre as its new chairman. He has been deputy chairman for the last three years. Nigel Burnett is the new deputy chairman.

Other growers to have joined the board are Bernard Bierhoff and Susan McCutcheon, both from New South Wales. Another New South Wales grower, Jeremy Callachor, has been reappointed as a director.
