Adidas shuffles Western Europe management team

Sportswear manufacturer adidas has appointed Arthur Hoeld as managing director for its Western Europe business, according to a report from the organisers of the ISPO exhibition.

Alain Pourcelot, previously responsible for this area, has moved to the management of adidas’ training unit.

Mr Hoeld was head of adidas Originals from 2011 to 2017. He was then promoted to vice president of global brand strategy and business development.  

Adidas also announced that Guillaume de Montplanet has been promoted to senior vice president of Western Europe.
