Gerber Technology makes acquisition

This move will allow Gerber to add modular laser cutting technology to its existing portfolio.
Gerber’s chief operating officer, Scott Schinlever, said both companies had shown their “product leadership, engineering and technical knowledge” for decades and said the deal would create “countless opportunities” for customers to improve their productivity and efficiency, and streamline their workflows.
