Rieter seals 25% stake in Spanish group

Swiss group Rieter has completed its acquisition of 25% of the equity in Spanish textile machinery manufacturer Electro-Jet.

Rieter announced its intention to make the acquisition in July and the Spanish anti-trust authorities have now given their approval.

Based near Vic in Catalonia, Electro-Jet produces a number of different pieces of technology for textile manufacturers.
