Indorama launches new line of recycled PET products

Polymer, fibre and chemicals manufacturing group Indorama has unveiled a new brand of 100% recycled PET, which it says will allow its partners to “communicate a clear, sustainable message”. 


The name it has chosen for this brand is Deja. The recycled PET options it will offer are flake, pellet, fibre and filament. The company has said these products will result from the recycling of 140 million kilotonnes of plastic bottles per year. 


Making this announcement, Indorama explained that products from the Deja brand will have complete traceability from source to supply. It also made the claim that they are “remade to be remade again”.
