BASF invests to expand its innovation capacity in China

Chemicals group BASF has announced an investment in the Longwater Advanced Materials Fund, a private equity fund, based in China, that focuses on new materials.

It said this new investment will help it engage with fast growing companies in China and develop joint innovations with them.

It added that this investment underlines BASF’s commitment to expanding its innovation capacity in China.
