New dyes are Archroma’s response to sportswear colour demands

Introducing the new range, Foron SP-WF, at ITMA 2019, Archroma described the dyes as high wet-fast disperse dyes, especially suited to applying colour to polyester fibres and polyester-elastane blends in exhaustion application.
“We see a growing demand for apparel in the sportswear and activewear segment,” said Mark Dohmen, head of Archroma’s competence centre for synthetic dyes. “Consumers want deep colour that stays put on the fibre and brands are defining their requirements accordingly.”
