DWR that can resist dry cleaning is latest HeiQ development

Textile finish technology provider HeiQ has adapted its Eco Dry durable water repellency products to make them resistant to dry cleaning.

Launched by the Swiss company in 2013, Eco Dry products are PFC-free and have gone into outdoor apparel, footwear and fashion garments.

“We continue to innovate different Eco Dry technologies,” said the company’s chief technology officer, Walter Nassl, on announcing the new development, “to allow even more high-quality, durable and sustainable products in the market.”
