Deal complete: K-Swiss is now in the hands of Chinese group

Chinese sports group Xtep has completed the acquisition of E-Land Footwear, whose sports shoe brands are K-Swiss, Palladium and Supra.

As a result, E-Land Footwear has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Xtep.
