Dow Jones Sustainability World Index names Moncler as industry leader

The Dow Jones Sustainability World Index review results for 2019 have been published. The index accesses the top 2,500 companies listed in the S&P Global Broad Market Index (BMI), based on a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of economic, environmental, and social performance. Its aim is to ensure that companies continue developing in terms of sustainability.

It named Moncler as industry leader in textiles, apparel and luxury goods. The index takes into account the environmental, economic and social dimensions of sustainability. In its sector, Moncler achieved the best score in two of these, economic and social. In the environmental dimension, it was within seven points of the sector’s best score.
