Archroma to have new chief executive
Textile chemicals group Archroma has announced that Heike van de Kerkhof will take over as chief executive on January 6, replacing Alexander Wessels.

Mr Wessels, who has been Archroma’s chief executive since the company’s spin-off from Clariant in 2013, will take up the position of vice-chairman of the company’s board of directors.

Ms van de Kerkhof will join Archroma from the Castrol oil company, a division of BP.

Before joining Castrol, she  worked for DuPont and Chemours.
