AdvanSix appoints chief human resources officer

Materials manufacturer AdvanSix has appointed Kelly Slieter as senior vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO). She will report to Erin Kane, president and CEO of AdvanSix, and be a member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Most recently Ms Slieter was vice president of human resources within the performance materials and technologies division of Honeywell, before which she spent time with Tyco International and Bristol Myers Squibb.

New Jersey-based AdvanSix makes Nylon 6, a polymer resin used to produce fibres for sports apparel and more.
