Vibram partners with Pensole to nurture up-and-coming designers

Through the collaboration, the organisations will develop multiple projects per year, working across their Portland and domestic infrastructure and managing the development and design process.
Founded in 2010, Pensole removes financial barriers and gives young design students from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds the opportunity to learn from industry leaders. The ‘learn by doing’ curriculum teaches students the entire footwear design process, creating a broad pool of capable employees for the industry.
