Puma motorsports line uses thermoregulating tech

In a collection the brand said “combines street culture and performance”, the latest motorsports partnership for Puma incorporates technical fabrics and thermoregulation technology.

The collaboration with the BMW M Motorsport team — called the functional/performance RCT (which stands for “ready to react”) line — features a thermoregulating technology named 37.5. The technology is said to act like a thermostat by removing moisture when the wearer is hot and retaining warmth when he or she is cold.

For years, the German sports brand has been developing its apparel for motorsports, working with not only BMW, but Aston Martin Red Bull Racing and Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. This latest collection, the company said, “takes it to the next level”.
