The deal comes as a contract with Sports Direct owner Mike Ashley reaches an end in July. The Scottish Sun said the company expects to sign its first football deal in time for the 2020/21 football season.
Castore was founded five years ago by brothers Tom and Phil Beahon. In February, the company forecast annual revenues of £37 million in 2020.
