Houdini CEO to give free lecture on sustainability
Eva Karlsson, CEO of Houdini Sportswear, will be giving a free lecture on “The Beauty of Spearheading Industry Transformation” on August 6. She will discuss her company’s experience with sustainability, moving from circular design and alternatives to open-source innovation.

“What does it take to change an entire industry? What about changing it for the greater good of protecting the environment and it not being about profit?” said organisers Germantech. The talk is part of the group's open lecture series called Worldchangers in Tech.
“Since 2001, Eva together with a team of like minded leaders has been trailblazing the sporting fashion industry by redesigning business to become a force for good – providing state-of-the-art circular products, offering product-as-a-service solutions and building a co-creative community for open-source innovation, sharing knowledge and inspiring to reconnect to nature,” according to organisers. “Eva emphasises the journey ahead and the untapped opportunities and abundant value in designing attractive and regenerative lifestyle solutions.”
