Rivertex new ballistic range adds mesh options

Technical fabrics specialist Rivertex has launched a new collection that adds new features to its existing fabrics for ballistic protection.

The collection now includes the new RTX range of cover fabrics and comfort mesh options, in addition to existing offers for TPU film and laminated fabrics — the latter of which are typically used for making UV and moisture protection encapsulation pouches to protect internal plating.

According to the company, the Rivertex panel encapsulation range was designed to protect internal panels from moisture and foreign contaminants and has ultrasonic and high frequency welding characteristics.
