WSA footwear feature focuses on distance-running shoe

02/03/2021

Our programme of uploading features from the most recent edition of WSA magazine onto sportstextiles continues today with the addition of the latest article in the magazine’s Footwear Technology series.

The article’s focus is on the CTM Ultra Carbon shoe from Swedish brand Craft.

It highlights the shoe’s durability, its outsole that provides grip on a wide variety of terrains, its split-toe carbon plate and the insight and expertise of ultrarunner Tommy Rivs, who worked with Craft on this project shortly before becoming seriously ill last summer, as elements that combine to make the shoe especially suited to long-distance runners.

It is available to read, with other footwear features in the series, here.
