Teijin to knit two yarn companies together

Fibres group Teijin is to merge two subsidiary companies, Teijin Modern Yarn and Shinwa Limited. The merger will take place on April 1.
The new joint subsidiary will develop, manufacture, sell and process yarns; it will be called the Teijin Frontier Knitting Company.
Its president will be Takashi Murayama and it will have 190 employees.
