Fit and comfort have been the key areas of focus for sports brand Salomon in an update of its Predict running shoe.

On launching Predict 2 in mid-August, the company said it was offering “exceptional levels of fit and comfort” in the shoe, promising runners the ability to adapt to any stride and all terrains.

Cushioning comes from the brand’s proprietary Infiniride foam and the shoes fit system includes a seamless interior in which, according to Salomon, the forefoot is “enveloped as though by a sock”.
