Membrane technology developer eVent has said it enjoyed a return to in-person events at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in Denver last month was looking forward to more.

It said new glove inserts that provide waterproof protection and a high level of comfort in a range of temperatures and conditions were among the products that prompted interest at the show.

Using the company’s Direct Venting technology, the inserts are constructed with a thin nonwoven laminate with “billions of micropores” to allow hand heat and sweat to vent away, while keeping wind, snow, sleet and rain out.

The inserts are available in a range of sizes, allowing users to maintain dexterity and agility, eVent said.
