Zipper and fastener supplier Riri Group has completed the acquisition of DMC, a Florence-based company that specialises in producing metal components for luxury brands.

Riri said this acquisition was another step towards creating a single hub dedicated to luxury accessories. Its goal is to develop a portfolio that includes zips, buttons, metal hardware, and decorative pieces.
