Expansion-focused Haglöfs makes global HR appointment

Swedish outdoor brand Haglöfs has appointed Frida Vingård as its new human resources director.

Haglöfs said it “on an expansion journey” and is experiencing strong growth in the global market. It said it had made investments in product development, brand, design, and sustainability over the last couple of years to adapt to a changing consumer landscape.

Ms Vingård’s role is, therefore, a global one, to help the company keep developing and refining its organisation and ensure that it is properly sized and equipped for the future. It currently has a team of more than 200 people.

She arrives after working for the last 13 years at pasta brand Barilla.
