15/03/2022

Backpack brand Osprey has included a new range called UNLTD in its summer 2022 collection.

A highlight in this development, the company has said, is its use of 3D carbon printing technology to create the lumbar support for each of the backpacks in the range.

Specifically, it has used 3D Carbon DLS for this project, technology that has already gone into footwear soling for adidas, and other applications.

Osprey said it had researched the idea for two years before incorporating it into UNLTD. It has called the lumbar support it has been able to create Fitscape. It said the new technology had helped it save time and reduce waste.
