The project arose as a result of a recent trip that a delegation of the government of the province de Chaco made to Boston, where they met with representatives of the US Chamber of Commerce.
At the start of the project, two production lines will be incorporated into a 4,000 square-metre plant. The company plans to hire a total of 250 employees.
New Balance’s manufacturing partner for the new project will be a company called Punto Medio.
