Improved EcoVadis score for Archroma

Textile chemicals developer Archroma has announced the renewal of its EcoVadis ‘Platinum’ status and further improvement of its overall rating. It has consolidated its position among the top 1% of companies that have engaged with the programme.

Paris-based EcoVadis assesses companies’ performance in environmental management, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

Following an in-depth assessment by the organisation, covering 21 criteria, Archroma improved its score to 82 out of 100, thanks in particular to efforts in sustainable procurement, focusing on supply chain transparency and sharing best practice sharing with suppliers and industry peers.
