European textile companies invited to take part in US mission

French technical textiles cluster Techtera has invited member companies to take part in a “dedicated textile mission” to the US in May.

The programme will include visits to Raleigh, North Carolina, and Atlanta, Georgia. A delegation of European textile companies will take part. Techtera said these companies would have the opportunity “to discover or deepen knowledge of the US market for technical textiles”.

A visit to Techtextil North America with meetings on site will be part of this, as will visits to the Georgia Institute of Technology, and to the Wilson College of Textiles at Clemson University in North Carolina.
