Binder product from OrganoClick earns TÜV certification

Swedish functional materials developer OrganoClick has secured certification from TÜV for its BioBinder Lily product.

TÜV has certified the bio-based binder product as home compostable when used in cellulosic nonwoven materials, meaning the materials can be composted in a normal household compost.

OrganoClick chief executive, Mårten Hellberg, said this certification would help the company speed-up its commercialisation of the product.
