New York accessories designer reimagines the Forum Hi

Sports group adidas has worked with New York-based accessories designer Tulie Yaito to come up with a new “luxurious take on the Forum Hi”, a basketball shoe that adidas first launched in 1984.

Ms Yaito is known for vibrant designs and a creative approach to colour and materials. Her version of the Forum Hi takes inspiration from two her bag designs, the Knot and Keijo.

She said the collaboration was “a full-circle moment” for her because the Forum Hi was the first pair of sneakers she owned.
