A fresh idea from Syensqo
Brussels-based materials company Syensqo, a spin-off from Solvay, has launched a new product for keeping fabrics fresh, Mirapol Hygiene Boost.
It described the product as a polymer that interacts with fabric surfaces to prevent the development of persistent odours. It will showcase the new product at Sepawa, a detergents industry event that will take place in Berlin in mid-October.
Ahead of the event, Syensqo’s marketing manager for home care, Max Chabert, said: “Many are turning to products like in-wash scent boosters to maintain pleasant odours across wash and wear cycles and extend fabric life.” He pointed out that the company’s new product addresses this need by offering long-lasting odour control.
