Insulation brand launches its own consumer campaign

Skiwear brand Karbon is one of three clothing companies to have worked with insulation technology provider Thermore on a new consumer campaign and “brand manifesto”.

Thermore has been supplying insulation materials to the apparel industry for more than 50 years but has not launched a consumer campaign of its own until now.

The one-minute video campaign features a single protagonist in city, forest and mountain settings, wearing Thermore-enhanced jackets from Italian brands Aspesi, EA7 Emporio Armani and then Karbon.

In each of the scenes, Thermore said, the adaptability and performance levels of its insulation materials means the protagonist is comfortable.

“The array of brands embodies the essence of Thermore, to provide a product line that is high-quality and versatile enough for a variety of settings,” said chief executive, Patrizio Siniscalchi.

As well as the South jacket from Karbon’s Compass collection (pictured), padded with
Thermore Ecodown fibres, the video features the Tenerina crew-neck nylon jacket with Thermore wadding from Aspesi, and the 6DTK03 hooded Caban jacket in 100% recycled polyester fabric from EA7 Emporio Armani, which also uses Thermore Ecodown.
