Evidence-based sustainability assessment platform EcoVadis has given its platinum award to fibres group Indorama Ventures. The Thailand-based company said its score of 81% from EcoVadis put it in the top 1% of companies globally in the industry.

Chairman of Indorama’s in-house sustainability council, Yash Lohia, said this was the third time the group had won a platinum rating from EcoVadis. He said the award was “a testament to our efforts in embedding sustainability in every part of our business”.
