Asia performance lifts Moncler group
High-end outdoor group Moncler has reported revenues of €829 million for the first quarter of 2025.
The Moncler brand contributed €721.7 million to the total, up by 2% year on year, while the group’s Stone Island brand brought in revenues of €107.3 million, a fall of 5%.
Stone Island achieved growth of 14% in Asia, but its revenues fell in Europe and the Americas. Asia also where Moncler’s growth came from. Its revenues there were up 5% for the first quarter, while they were down by 1% in Europe and flat in the Americas.
Overall, group revenues were up by 1% compared to the first quarter of 2024.
Chief executive, Remo Ruffini, said: “While the macroeconomic picture remains highly unstable, our commitment to combine creativity and innovation with operational flexibility and financial rigour will continue to define our path ahead.”
