Online photography platform Flickr is to work with outdoor footwear brand Oboz on a global photo contest. Their aim is to inspire photographers to connect with nature and celebrate World Photography Day, August 19.

In advance of that, on August 8, Flickr and Oboz will host a guided photo hike along San Francisco’s Lands’ End Trail and then launch the contest on Flickr.

Participants will have the opportunity to win Oboz footwear and one year of Flickr Pro membership.
