Innovation commission searches for new experts
Textile and apparel start-up booster platform Techtera has issued a call for technical experts to join its innovation commission.
Techtera first put an innovation commission in place in 2005 to assess the scientific and technical soundness of projects that the platform is considering supporting.
Recently, the organisation said it had noticed a shift in the kind of innovation projects that member companies were putting forward. It said projects were increasingly focused on developments with a high degree of technological maturity, related to industrialisation, process and business model issues. Furthermore, digitalisation is playing an increasingly important role in these projects.
To respond, Techtera is aiming to integrate new skills into its innovation commission before the end of 2025. It is looking for highly qualified industry experts or academics with in-depth knowledge of research and innovation to join.
