Sports clothing brand founder dies
The founder of a specialist developer of clothing for shooting, Maurizio Castellani, has died at the age of 63 after battling illness.
Mr Castellani founded the Brescia-based in the 1980s having worked previously for his family’s apparel company. He used that experience and his love of sports shooting to develop jackets, vests, shirts, trousers and gloves for shooters.
At the 2024 Paris Olympics, 70 participants in shooting events wore Castellani clothing.
