Athletic shoe and apparel brand New Balance has formally opened a new distribution centre in Salt Lake City.

It said the new facility would play a central role in its North American distribution network, supporting faster service for its wholesale, retail and digital customers.

The warehouse covers 75,000 square-metres, incorporates a high level of automation and will have the capacity to receive and ship approximately 100,000 units per day.
