New chief finance officer for On
Athletic footwear and apparel brand On has announced that Frank Sluis will become its chief financial officer. He will join the Zurich-based company on May 1.
On’s chief executive, Martin Hoffmann, has been fulfilling the chief finance officer role too. He began working in the finance role in 2013, continued to do so on becoming co-chief executive at the start of 2021, and has continued to serve in both roles since taking over as sole chief executive in July 2025.
Mr Sluis will join from the Ahold Delhaize food retail group, where he has held a senior finance role since 2021. Earlier in his career, he worked for major consumer products groups Reckitt Benckiser and Unilever.
Commenting on the appointment, Martin Hoffmann said: “Frank joins On at an exciting moment. He complements our management team with experience at a scale significantly larger than where we are today, yet fully aligns with our values.”
