Sports group Under Armour has reported revenues of just under $3.8 billion for the first nine months of its current fiscal year, the period ending December 31, 2025.

This represents a fall of 4.7% compared to the same period a year earlier.

There was growth for Under Armour in Europe, where revenues reached $882 billion, up by 9.2% year on year. But there was a fall in its biggest market, North America. Revenues there were $2.4 billion, down by 8.2%. Revenues in Asia were also down, falling by 9.7% to reach $533.4 million.

In terms of products, apparel brought in $2.6 billion, down by 2% year on year. But the decline in revenues from footwear was steeper at $794.6 million, a fall of 14%. Sales of accessories were up by 0.5%, reaching $320.8 million.

Founder and chief executive, Kevin Plank, said the third quarter had been “the most challenging phase of our business reset”. He added that he was encouraged by progress in “reigniting brand momentum”.
