Japanese group Toray has reported revenues of around $12.5 billion for the nine months to December 31, 2025. This is down slightly, by 0.2%, on the same months a year earlier.

Its fibres and textiles division achieved revenues of $5.25 billion, up by 3.9% year on year. Toray said its apparel applications had performed strongly, overall, “despite stagnation in the European market” and competition with overseas products.

Performance chemicals reported a decline; this division’s revenues fell by 6.1% to reach almost $4.4 billion.
