A reminder of what matters most for Moncler

20/02/2026

Apparel group Moncler has reported full-year revenues for 2025 of €3.1 billion, an increase of 0.8% compared to its figures for 2024.

Its main brand Moncler brought in €2.7 billion, up by 0.5%. Stone Island’s revenues reached €411.2 million, an increase of 2.4% year on year.

Outgoing chief executive, Remo Ruffini, said 2025 had been a year that had reminded him of “what matters most”. He listed a clear strategic direction, good execution and “the ability to stay grounded and flexible in a continuously volatile context” as the most important factors for success.

Mr Ruffini will leave the chief executive role on April 1, but will remain as Moncler’s chairman. Its new chief executive will be Leo Rognone, who has been chief executive of luxury brand Bottega Veneta since 2019.
