Wilson chief executive, Carrie Ask, has said she still sees great potential for the brand. Wilson launched in Chicago in 1914, but Ms Ask has said she believes the company is “still in the early innings of our full potential”.

Parent company, Amer Sports, reported 2025 revenues of just over $1.3 billion for its Ball & Racquet division, led by Wilson. This figure represented growth of 13.3% compared to the previous year.

Carrie Ask, who was chief executive of Helly Hansen until August 2025, said she was already excited about Wilson’s prospects for breaking “the next billion dollar threshold and the one after that and the one after that”.
