Foam materials developer DSC has announced plans to expand the capacity of its factory near Babakan in the Indonesian province of West Java. 

It opened the facility in 2023. This new project will include investment in training, engineering, testing , equipment integration and compliance systems. 

Chief operating officer, Mei-Fen Wei, said the group was investing in the extra capacity because it wanted to bring “advanced innovation capabilities and infrastructure” closer to its customers and closer to “the future of footwear production”.
